Ailbhe Cuff

Ailbhe is a beautiful handmade silk dupion wrist cuff in ivory and silver. This pretty bridal accessory is decorated with handmade flowers using silk and lace, beads, rhinestones, metal filigree leaves and a butterfly. Each flower is created different to the next. This cuff is part of a set including a fabulous silk hat using some of the same handmade flowers to create a matching set of wedding accessories for a bride who dares to be different. Butterflies signify a metamorphosis, a change as one grows in life, evolution, the transition from single to married life perhaps.

If you are having an outfit made by a dressmaker, we can use some of the same fabric to make your accessory.

I love to work with silk and hand paint my own scarves. I use the same techniques to hand dye lace and ribbons to match the silk ribbons in my Precious Moments collection. These are stand-alone elegant and feminine women’s accessories and are one of a kind. They will add something unique to a simple outfit, dress up a pair of jeans or turn some heads at an event. However you choose to wear it, you can be sure you have a gorgeous accessory and that no one will have one the same.

***CARE OF YOUR CUFF***

This is a silk and fabric wrist cuff and should be kept dry. Excessive exposure to direct sunlight may damage the fibres over time. When not in use, it is best kept in its box unless you wish to use it as an ornamental piece.

All our products are shipped in protective packaging. Our cuffs are presented in a purpose made box (and then wrapped in protective wrapping).

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Please check if and how the new Brexit shipping changes may affect you.
